Jihee Hwang
This is 3rd series work about Dream.
In this work is an image of my dreams. As shown in the dream elements were transformed and exaggerated. It is deformation of the animals in Korean fairy tales. Polystyrene beads have the element of light was associated with the transformation of things.
There are two strange shapes animal.
It has two facing each other. Technically, it is not actually facing each other. Two of the animals and the fans are placed in a triangle composition. Tension between the two animals at the same time, even the wind from a fan is a tense as well.
In side of this Perspex box, Polystyrene beads are moving around by wind. These Polystyrene beads make some unexpected shape. I am interesting this shape. Because of this is not fixed but will also come into being different shapes.
